Management Services
Serving as a Board Member shouldn’t be a full-time job. Our team will implement the policies and procedures and decisions made by the Board, manage your files & records, supervise and manage vendors, institute and enforce governing documents, organize and attend annual, member, and board meetings.
Financial Services
Communities large and small require accurate record-keeping and quality financial management. You can count on Resort to provide timely financial reporting, invoice and collect maintenance fees, collect on delinquent accounts, pay vendors on a daily basis, prepare annual budget and reserve plan, provide year-end financial statements, and provide consultation on investing Association assets.
Concierge Home Watch
Many seasonal residents require a complete home watch services provider in Southwest Florida. For this reason, Resort Management client’s trust us to maintain a careful eye on your home or vacation property while you are away, so issues such as vandalism, weather damage, leaks, moisture, air conditioning, pests and other maintenance issues don’t become larger problems.
Maintenance & Janitorial Services
Resort Management through its affiliate, CareJack, provides contracted services like painting, pressure washing, carpet cleaning, building cleaning, and other janitorial and handy-man type services for your Association.
Staffing Services
Resort Management will serve as the employer for any on-site staff that service your community. Resort Management has the resources necessary to address all employment needs of the Association. Resort Management offers healthcare and other benefits to your full- time staff at competitive rates. We will advertise, recruit, and present to the board recommendations for all personnel assigned to the Association. We provide your Community Association Managers, Administrative, Access Control, Janitorial, and Maintenance Personnel.
